Description

This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC Code) 1711 with a size standard of $12 million. Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, Disabled Veteran Small Business, and HUBZone Certified Businesses are encouraged to participate. Award will be made on a ?Full and Open? basis. The project is located at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. This project consists of furnishing all necessary plant, labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment to perform a professional high quality replacement of 500 LF of supply and return High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) pipe. The performance period is expected to begin in June of 2005. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $300,000. The evalutation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. The solicitation will be available on or about 4 April 2005 via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov . It is important to read the solicitation COMPLETELY as there are DATES that MUST be met by the prospective offeror in order for their proposal to be considered responsive. In accordance with DoD policy, all contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in order to receive award.
