Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The government intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Bionatics to provide REALnat V1.0 (stand alone) upgrade to REALnat Premium V1.0 for Windows 2000, NT, or XP; 3D Database License Agreement (Run Time License); REALnat maintenance contract for one full year to include systematic upgrades and patches, bug corrections and access to help via telephone, fax or email for USSOCOM at MacDill AFB, FL. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to Bionatics under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the existing agency requirements. This notice constitutes the only announcement; a written solicitation will not be issued. NAICS Code is 511210 and small business size standard is $21M.
