- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Grafenwoehr intends to negotiate a sole source Time and Materials Requirements contract with Tapestry Solutions, Inc. of San Diego, CA for the continuation of support services for the Joint Deployment Logistic Mo del (JDLM). This acquisition is to sustain and enhance an existing deployable and exportable synthetic training environment. Contract will consist of a base ordering and four 12-month option periods. Tapestry Solutions Inc. is the only source that has the expertise, experience and required software licences to perform this work. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to completition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses must be received no later than 15 calendar days after publication of thi s synopsis. All information to this notification must be submitted in writing to the attention of Mr. Klaus Neumann, Contracting Officer. See numbered Note 22.
