- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Carson, Colorado is soliciting for cable television providers for the establishment of a non-exclusive franchise agreement for services including but not limited to analog and digital cable television, and high sp eed cable internet service to Department of Army organizations, dormitory residence and post housing occumpants on Fort Carson. When issued, the solicitation will be unrestricted under NAICS Code 517510. Solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Fac e to Industry at https://acquisition.army.mil and Fed Biz Ops at http://www.fedbizops.gov. Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing to the Directorate of Contracting via email or fax at 719-526-5333.
