Description

PRON: AX579425AX, NSN: 1560-01-233-8348, P/N: 145S2555-3, Qty: 55 each applicable to CH-47. F.O.B. origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 11 each per month, commencing 17 months after receipt of order. This ite m is restricted to the approved source: The Boeing Company, Route 291 and Steward Avenue, Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, Cage Code 77272 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source require acquisition of the part from the approved source. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerrors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
