Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 has a requirement for construction of a new boat ramp. The work is located at Little River National Wildlife Refuge, in McCurtain County Oklahoma near Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The work consists of, but may not be limited to furnishing of all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct a reinforced concrete boat ramp with riprap apron. The boat ramp consists of a 16' x 50' 6" thick concrete slab with a 15' X 16' x 2' thick riprap apron at one end. the project consists of grading the existing road and parking lot above the newly constructed boat ramp and installing 4" of compacted base course. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code and size standard is 238990 and $12.0 million. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about April 4, 2005. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about April 29, 2005. Registration in Central Contractor Reporting, (CCR), is a Governmentwide requirement per Federal Acquisition Regulation, this registration can be accomplished through the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/.
