- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for Engineering Support for the PARIOT Phase A effort in planning for procurements to be used within the projects. The basis for the other than full and open competition is "unique capabilities" this effort requires specialized skills and knowledge of classified special-purpose Fleet platforms. The requirement is sole source to Crews Luke L Inc, DBA Advanced Technology Analysis & Computing, 917 D Inyokern Road, Ridgecrest, CA 93555. All contractor employees working under this contract must have a secret security clearance at time of award and throughout the performance of the contract. The contractor's facility must have a facility secret clearance. Any firms believing they can provide the service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Officer no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It mu! st clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, reliability or undue harm to the program. Additionally, any firms believing they can do the work must demonstrate they have the specialized skills and knowledge of classified special-purpose Fleet platforms and the appropriate security clearances.
