- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis GNAT Pro software development solution from ADA Core, 104 Fifth Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10011 through 30 September 2005. Ada Core is the developer of this software, which is proprietary. The NAICS Code is 541511 with a $21.0 mil size standard. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to Dahlgren VA within 5 days ARO. This procurement will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The o! rder will be a firm fixed price. Interested parties must be able to demonstrate in writing their capability to provide the exact item specified above by 30 March 2005 at 2:00 p.m. (EST) and award made by 31 March 2005. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00178-05-Q-1123.
