- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award on a sole source purchase order to Undersea Sensor Systsm Inc., Columbia City, IN., for the following requirement. (1) Sonoboys, Part Number 90024A-801 unmodified and Mod A. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-05-Q-0114 which is ready for download within 24 hours at the address below: http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/Solicitation.htm. Select Request for Quotes, and N00253-05-Q-0114 will be listed with the list of available RFQs. This requirement is to be FOB Destination Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345-7610 with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination with a required delivery date of 27 May 2005. Quotes/Offers are due no later than 24 March 2005, 08:00 am Pacific Time. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Commercial Simplif! ied Procedures shall be used for this procurement. Firms interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the pricing providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the required clauses, ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). This notice intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer ! nonresponsive and may result in rejection. Responses shall be due no later than 0800 hours PT on 24 March 2005. Acquisition of Commercial Item Procedures shall be used for this procurement.
