- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to The Corporate Executive Board, Washington, DC for a one year membership in the "Procurement Strategy Council". This membership addresses issues related to corporate strategy, operations and procurement, and it focuses on identifying management initiatives, processes, tools and frameowkrs that will allow the client to avoid reinventing the wheel in addressing problems they share in common with their peers. Membership includes unlimited access to proprietary strategic research designated by the member Procurement executives, executive retreats offering a unique opportunity to interact with the CEB principals and for the Board to disseminate key insights from its proprietary strategy research, a series of team briefings presenting results of proprietary strategy research, assignment of short answer custom research projects to Council staff without additional fees, access to custom project library of proprietary research pieces completed for other members, unlimited and unrestricted access to a password-protected web site. All responsible sources who can provide the above membership services shall submit written quotations within 15 calendar days of the published date of this solicitation. Organizations submiting quotes should address the cost of the membership fee and description of the services/materials the fee includes, services and related costs that are available but not limited to membership fee, listing of reference materials maintained by the organization, available educational services, description of corporate history, mission and organizational membership. Quotes should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references, Federal Tax ID number and DUNS number. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. Evaluation and award will be based on the quality and quantity of services presently offered and fixed price for organizational membership. No written solicitation will be issued for this requirement; therefore, such requests will be considered non-responsive. If no responses are received, an award will be made to The Corporate Executive Board.
