- This is a standing quote for the period of one year for NSN 3920-10-076-9033 for a two-wheeled hand truck. The hand truck shall be a rigid, steel frame consisting of two side supports, a minimum of three cross supports, a toe plate, a handle and wheel mounting brackets. Shall have pneumatic or solid rubber tires around steel, aluminum, or plastic wheels or shall have solid rubber wheels. The wheels shall be equipped with bearings. The hand truck shall be capable of supporting and transporting a minimum load of 400 lbs. The toe plate shall have a minimum depth of 7 inches from front to back, and minimum width of 13 inches. Unit of issue is EACH. Delivery is FOB destination. Delivery will be to Burlington, NJ and French Camp, CA.
