- Single award term contract for period beginning Date of Award and ending February 29, 2006 for the Department of Interior. Production area, assumed 60 mile radius of zero milestone, Washington, DC. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Copy pickup in Washington, DC. Approximately 1 to 6 new orders per year, and 1 to 12 reprint orders per year for approximately 2,000 to 11,000 copies per new order, and 500 to 7,500 copies per reprint order with 12 to 20 pages per new order, and 8 to 20 pages per reprint order. Size 8-1/2 x 11 inches. Prints in black ink, black ink and PMS 294, or 4-color process. Operations include electronic prepress, film making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Bids offered are f.o.b. destination, to approximately three addresses within the commercial zone of Washington, DC. Quality attributes level II. Bid opening March 25, 2005.
