- Description
- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to obtain a contract for spares for the ALR-56A/C system components, NSN 5985-01-254-2862EW, P/N 226757-005; 1-100 EA basic year, 1-100 EA for options I-IV; Delivery: 90 days ARO in increments of 24 per month This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement for the Government’s consideration, by contacting Tommy Peacock, email, tommy.peacock@robins.af.mil, 478-926-7192. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requester is acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code Number, and Size of Business. If no response is received by 18 January 2005, 4:00 PM EST. to the effect that comparable services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining supplies and or services through a sole-source procurement with Randtron Antenna Systems, a sole source award will be made. SOLE SOURCE to: Randtron Antenna Systems, CAGE: 50643. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, may apply. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. Numbered Notes 22, and 26 apply NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-DEC-2004).
