- This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation FA4613-05-Q-0006. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. PROJECT DESCRIPTION - This specification is for F. E. Warren Air Force Base (AFB), Wyoming and 15 Launch Control Centers (LCC) within control of the 90th Space Wing. The project consists of removal of existing carpet and vinyl flooring and existing Velcro tape /adhesive and the material and labor to install new carpet with edge binding, new Velcro tape/adhesive,and rubber tile flooring. All work shall be accomplished within accordance of specifications, provisions and terms of this contract. - This contract provides for all labor, equipment, transportation and materials in the performance of demolition and installation of carpet and rubber tile flooring in 15 LCC?s. All equipment, products, goods and services provided during contract performance shall be new. They will also meet and or exceed all applicable current county, state, federal and industry laws, rules, codes, standards and practices within the states of Wyoming, Nebraska & Colorado. - Obtain, manage and maintain current through out the full contract period all required licenses, insurance, bonds and permits pertaining to the full performance of all elements of this contract. Submit one (1) copy of each to the Contracting Officer five (5) calendar days prior to the start of work date/. - Provide all necessary transportation, equipment, labor, management, vehicles and materials to professionally, legally, efficiently and safely deliver all required equipment, products, goods and services within these specifications. - 90th Space Wing, F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) are located in the states of Wyoming, Nebraska & Colorado. All work sites are continuously operating secured installations. Very specific security and access regulations apply. All work is within a secured area requiring a government escort at all times. For more detailed description and requirements see Statement of Work (SOW). NOTE: IMPORTANT. PLEASE SEE SITE VISIT AND ENTRY AUTHORIZATION LIST REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN STATEMENT OF WORK, SPECIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS PART 1.3. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code for the requirement is 442210. The size standard is $6M or less in annual receipts. The contractor shall be responsible for all personnel, services, parts, labor, tools, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete all tasks involved with this service. No government facilities, materials, or transportation will be used in completion of this requirement. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR); the web site for registration is http://www.ccr.gov if registration has not been accomplished.
