Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: F73HOS43480300. The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Johnson & Johnson Medical Inc., 425 Hoes Lanes, Piscataway, NJ 08855-4145. Services to be purchased: Preventive maintenance and repair for proprietary medical equipment. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 18 Mar 2005. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
