Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be issued through ASFI/ FedBizOps as will any amendments thereto. The Solicitation Number is W52H09-05-T-0254 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27, effective 22 Dec 04. This requirement is for 2 each Remote Operated Vehicle, Part Number Outland 1000/Army and 2 days training for each destination. There is no NSN. CLIN 0001AA is for a quantity of 2 each, FOB Destination. Delivery destinations are Okinawa, Japan and Key West, FL. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors--Commercial Items (JAN 2005); FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certificat ions -- Commercial Items (JAN 2005) (a copy of this provision shall be completed and submitted with the offer; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (OCT 2003); and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement St atutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (JAN 2005) along with the additional FAR clauses cited under paragraph (b)14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 26, and 31. This solicitation is restricted to Outland Technology, Inc., 38190 Commercial Court, Slidell, LA 70458-8162. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
