- The U. S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, on behalf of Redstone Technical Test Center(RTTC), Development Test Command, US Army Test and Evaluation Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Norden Millimeter. Specifically, RTTC has the need for Up-Converter's produced by Norden Millimeter. The product was competed under SSDD, and Norden Millimeter prototype met or exceeded all specifications. Only the exact match to the current stringent design specification will be allowed. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST March 25, 2005 will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is March 28th, 2005.
