Potential offerors are responsible for acknowledging all amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to notify potential offerors of the uploaded documents, (1) Appendix A, DoDIIS VoIP Technical Requirements, (2) Appendix B, VoIP Cost Table, and (3) Questions & Answers under Presolicitation Notice Number HHM402-05-R-0007-A. These documents are being provided as a convenience to assist potential offerors in submitting timely proposals in accordance with requirements called out in addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jan 2005), paragraph 8, Special Instructions, subparagraphs i(A) and iii(B). Documents can be found at the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.eps.gov, under Presolicitation Notice # HHM402-05-R-0007-A.
