- Description
- The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive performance-based contract to Northern Montana Linen Supply, P.O. Box 106, Havre, Montana 59501, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. See Numbered Note 22. The proposed contract action is for the provision of laundry and dry cleaning services for the Blackfeet Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital, Browning, Montana. The period of performance shall be for 12-months with four 12-month options. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is April 4, 2005. The offer shall be submitted to the Billings Area Indian Health Service, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, Room 304, Billings, Montana 59101, no later than 2:00 p.m., on May 4, 2005. The offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the time specified for receipt, the solicitation number, and company name and address. The offer will also be accepted by e-mail at RLangager@mail.ihs.gov or by fax at (406) 247-7108.
