Description

The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development intends to procure web-based data collection and data management services to support its property disposition program. The new service will replace some of the data management tasks now performed by the Single Family Acquired Asset Management System (SAMS). The new service will interface with other HUD systems including the new FHA Subsidiary Ledger currently under development and will have the capability to exchange data with numerous web-based data repositories external to HUD including those operated by other HUD contractors. The Department anticipates awarding one performance-based contract. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) are 518111 (Internet Service Provider) with a small business size standard of $21 million and 518210 (Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services) with a small business size standard of $21 million. The anticipated posting date for the solicitation is scheduled for April 7, 2005.
