Description: VISN 3 is currently seeking sources for provision of positron emission tomography (PET) services to the VA Medical Centers of VISN 3 (Bronx, Brooklyn/St. Albans/Manhattan, Northport, Castle Point/Montrose, New York and East Orange/Lyons, New Jersey). Contractor, through its duly licensed physicians, shall provide professional Positron Emission Tomography (PET) services on a referral basis. Contractor shall be available during normal office hours (M-F, 8AM - 4:30 PM) for performance, interpretation, and communication of results and transmission of images. All interested vendors should contact the Contracting Officer at jadwiga.kustra@med.va.gov by 4/1/05 4:30pm EST stating their qualifications, business size, etc.
