Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. Only one responsible source has been identified ? ScriptPro USA, Inc., 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, KS 66202 to provide Customer Support Service for ScriptPro medication barcoding equipment, sp central server, phamacy dispensing management system at the VA Mayaguez Out Patient Clinic (MOPC) in Mayaguez, P.R. and Ponce Out Patient Clinic (POPC) in Ponce, P.R.. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but responses received by March 22, 2005 2:00 PM Puerto Rico time will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
