Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for the furnishing of janitorial services for the Veterans Outreach Center Office Buildings located in East St. Louis, IL and St. Louis, MO. The Veterans Outreach Center located at 1265 North 89th Street, Suite 5, East St. Louis, IL 62203 has approximately 2050 sq. ft. and the Veterans Outreach Center located at 2345 Pine Street, St. Louis, MO 63106 has approximately 2594 sq. ft. Contractor is required to furnish all equipment, labor and supplies needed to provide janitorial services that include scrubbing and recoating of tiled floors. Contract will be for a base period of one year, June 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers or quotations from other than service-disable veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about March 17, 2005. Due date for receipt of offers is April 18, 2005, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is May 2, 2005. See Number Noted 29.
