- The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a purchase order, on a sole-source basis, to the Antlers Hilton, Colorado Springs, CO. Purchase order will provide for facilities in support os the 2005 USAF Spirituality Conference, June 20-24, 2005. Hotel must be located in downtown Colorado Springs, and have at a minimum 27,000 sq ft of conference space. This purchase will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and using other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Needs. This notice is not a request for quotes. Information received in response to this notice will be used solely for the purpose of determining if competitive procedures should be used. This notice supersedes any previous notices regarding the same requirement. Statement of Work is attached.
