- The 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), CO seeks potential small business sources to perform non-personal services in support of moves for military personnel within the following Colorado counties: Delores, LaPlatta, Montezuma, Archuletta, Hinsdale, Mineral, Delta, Gunnison, Montrose, Ouray, San Juan, and San Miguel. These services include packing, crating, local drayage services, and related services incidental to the movement of household goods in connection with Permanent Change of Station (PCS) or Temporary Duty (TDY) orders for military personnel. A 100% Small Business Set Aside is anticipated. The estimated contract start date is 1 Jan 2006. The Performance Period is expected to be a one year contract, with 4 option periods. Respondents must identify their business status, i.e., woman owned, minority owned, Native American (tribally owned or Alaskan Native), Services Disabled-Veteran owned, Hubzone, 8(a), or Large or Small Business, the point of contact with the appropriate voice and FAX numbers, as well as the mailing and e-mail addresses. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 484210; size standard is $21.5 million. The government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract.
