- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for a customized course of study for 45th Space Wing Supervisory Training. This course of study was uniquely created by the 45th SW Civilian Force Development Team at Patrick AFB FL to include customized curriculum and instruction covering the topics of leadership, diversity, conflict resolution, alternative disputes resolution, communications, general management, financial management, personnel/human relations management, and organizational behavior. This customized curriculum is designed to compress all these topics into one 6-day session of intensive training. These classes are specifically required to be at the Junior College level. Period of performance is 1 Apr 05 to 30 Sep 05. Four one-year options may be awarded. This is a Sole Source with Brevard Community College IAW FAR 6.302-1. Brevard Community College is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement based on the fact that the customized curriculum has been developed to specifically meet Patrick AFB?s supervisory training needs. Community Colleges in the State of Florida have specific geographical areas they cover and Patrick AFB FL falls within the area of responsibility of Brevard Community College. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 8222 with a business size of $6.0M and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 61120. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Brevard Community College is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
