Description

The Capital District Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for Staff Support for Joint Contracting Command-Iraq. The contractor shall provide 4 contract specialists and one system administrator on the MNF-I contracting staff. MNF-I is responsible for providing contracting support to U.S. military forces who are contributing to the ongoing stability operations throughout Iraq. In support of that mission, the PARC facilitates operation control and support of MNF-I's ten regional contract ing offices. The PARC provides contracting operations, policy, procedures, planning and support to MNF-I headquarters. This is an unrestricted procurement. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a base beginning on or about Jun e 2, 2005 through May 31, 2006, with one one-year option period. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561110 and the size standard is $6.0m. Prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered i n the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Tentatively anticipate issuing a solicitation on or about April 8, 2005 and the solicitation number will be W91QV1-05-R-0016.
