Description

Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform monthly inspections (preventive maintenance), unscheduled, and on-call (emergency) parts and labor necessary to maintain two (2) Dover Traction Passenger Elevators, Capacity 2500 lbs., 350 FPM, w hich serves a five (5) floor building at Fort Polk, LA. A firm-fixed price service contract is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The contract will include one base year with the option for four additional one-year periods. The base year period is to begin 1 May 2005 through 30 April 2006. The proposed Contractor shall have skilled and experienced elevator service and repair personnel directly employed and supervised by the Contractor to perform all work. To be eligible for con tract award, agency must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
