Description

On behalf of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (formerly U.S. Cost and Economic Analysis Center) and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to award a purch ase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to Executive Information Systems, Inc (EIS) to provide Army ABC/M training and Pilots using SAS 6.0 Software. The purpose is to support conduct of pilot implementation of SAS AB M 6.0 Software, convert existing models, train personnel on ABM 6.0, streamline model sustainment and integrate Cost Management/Activity Based Costing (CM/AC) into the existing management process. The SAS software was developed and is currently marketed b y SAS Institute Inc. EIS the only holder of a GSA Schedule contract that offers the Software. There is NO solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes.
