- Sources Sought/Market Survey: This Sources Sought/Market Survey is to identify business capability necessary to provide meteorological services at Otis ANGB MA, Pease ANGB NH, Selfridge ANGB MI, Alpena CRTC, MI, Buckley AFB, CO, Kingsley Field, OR, and Los Alamitos AAF CA, such service s include, but are not limited to, weather observing, weather forecasting, weather briefing, staff support, equipment, materials, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide meteorological services as defined in this Performance Wo rk Statement (PWS) for a base period and four option years. A security clearance of SECRET will be required. Vendor information for submission shall detail whether they possess the necessary skills, capabilities and experience to perform the stated re quirements and are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey. Any firm capable of satisfying the requirement shall furnish a General Capability Statement (Not to Exceed 20 Pages), to include the following information: Past Perfor mance for recent and relevant contracts for same or similar type services. The statement shall include Contract Numbers, and points of contacts with phone numbers. Vendors shall furnish this information for at least three ongoing or completed contracts w ithin the past three years, held with the Department of Defense, or other Government agencies. Responses shall also include the following information: Company name, address, point of contact, with phone number and email address; business size to include large, small, disadvantaged, 8(a), or HUBZone status, corporate affiliations, etc. The applicable NAICS code is 488190 Meteorological Services. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for an award of a contract nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No basis for a claim shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought/Market Survey or Government use of information furnished. The Government res erves the right to consider a Small Business, 8(a) or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate for this procurement.
