- The National Business Center has a requirement for on-line information services providing federal, state, city, county and social security taxes for payroll purposes. Sources are sought for software similar to GEAX ALLTAX. More information about this product can be found at: http://www.emseries.geac.com/object/ALLTAX EMS.html The application would interface with an existing payroll system and calculate withholding taxes. Other Considerations: The software must support all of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. The software must support FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY, CITY, AND SOCIAL SECURITY taxes. The software would need to operate in a NATURAL/ADABAS environment for both Batch and On-line processing. At this time it is not known whether or when software may be purchased, however, we are interested in finding all sources which have similar functionality to ALLTAX.
