- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, 100 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001 intends to solicit the University of Canterbury, Private Bag 4800, Christchurch, New Zealand on a Sole Source basis for utilization of their expertise to aid the design and simulation of an interferometric synthetic aperture sonar. Their expertise will help the Navy determine if this technique can be beneficial to the mine countermeasures mission. The bathymetric synthetic aperture sonar processing routines that are being utilized in the performance of this work have been developed by the University of Canterbury employees and are proprietary to the University. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018. Period of Performance will be twelve months after date of contract award. NAICS Code is 541710. SBA size standard is 500 employees. PSC is AD91.
