- The office of Naval Research requests proposals that address the design, fabrication, integration, and test and evaluation for the development of a prototype pre-production, and subsequent demonstration variant of the High Capacity Alongside Sea Base Sustainment Large Vessel Interface (HiCASS LVI LO/LO) systems.
