Description
The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the questions from potential offerors and to acknowledge the error of amendment one. Amendment 1 is actually the same as the original document. 1. Will all of the classes require one classroom or will more rooms be required in the future? The synopsis/solicitation states that the Government has a requirement for multiple computer classroom facilities. We require the option to schedule more than one room at the same time. 2. Is the 12 block radius the maximum limit or can the facility be within 14 blocks of the Whitehouse? A 14 block radius is acceptable. 3. The connectivity requirement is given as a T-1 plus backup connectivity. Does the backup also have to be a T-1 line? Yes. 4. Are the dates given firm or will the Government reserve the right to change dates? The dates provided are firm. The Government reserves the right the change dates based upon our customers needs. Technical proposals should include a cancellation policy.
