Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Blue Ridge NCA Corporation, DBA Business Knowledge Architects (BKA) IAW FAR 6.302-1, and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), a modification to existing contract for continued maintenance, developer support, and integration services relating to the FAS Enterprise Server, a critical application developed by BKA for the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) Business Systems Modernization- Energy (formerly ?Fuels Automated System?) program. BKA will provide maintenance and developer support of its delivered software. BKA is the developer of the FES software and is thoroughly familiar with the supported business rules and processes of the DESC enterprise. The applicable Federal Product Service Code for this effort is D-307 Automated information system design & integration services.
