- The item description is Stripe, Trousers, Dress. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8455-00-269-0488. The military specification is MIL-S-82155B (MC), 28 March 1991. The purchase quantity is 85,600 each. The destination is New Cumberland, PA. The delivery period is 120 days after date of award. The first delivery order will be for 9,600 each. This solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a firm fixed price contract.
