Description
The item description is Stripe, Trousers, Dress. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8455-00-269-0488. The military specification is MIL-S-82155B (MC), 28 March 1991. The purchase quantity is 85,600 each. The destination is New Cumberland, PA. The delivery period is 120 days after date of award. The first delivery order will be for 9,600 each. This solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a firm fixed price contract. Availability of solicitation, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after April 1,2005. (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
