Description
Defense Supply Center Richmond will be soliciting a single NSN long term contract for NSN 5365-01-083-6798, tapered bushing, IAW SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP. CAGE 78286, P/N 70103-08013-046. The resulting award will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a two year base and three one year option periods. This requirement will be 100% small business set aside as a limited source acquisition - Sikorsky part number with two approved sources, Aero Components CAGE 59213 and Essner Manufacturing CAGE 2B834. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 12 Apr 2005 with a closing date of 12 May 2005. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) which requires first article and production lot testing. Delivery terms are FOB Destination with Estimated annual demands of 760 each per year. Any supplies furnished under this contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. Solicitation will be posted on the procurement gateway website http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home/. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Solicitations over $25,000 must be made in writing, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a complete copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
