Description: The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, by sole source, construction escorts for projects within the secure area of Schriever AFB, CO. Period of performance is April 1, 2005 through 2 September 2005. Escorts must have a current security clearance. This sole source is performed under the authority of FAR 19.1406, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Sole Source. At this time, JBI inc. is considered the only SDVOSB with current Secret Clearances and current escort badges for Schriever AFB in area 9. This is not a request for quote, but any offers who feel they can meet these qualifications should contact the Points of Contact listed on EPS for this pre-solicitation notice.
