- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation No. DAKF06-05-T-0010. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-01. 4. The proposed contract will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. For this acquisition, the Small Business Size and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532111 and 532120, size standard is $21.5M. 5. List of contract line items number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure: Lease of vehicles for a 12 month period; 1 Apr 2005 31 March 2006. 0001/ITEM: 12 MO; Lease of 3 ea 15 passenger vans 0002/ITEM: 12 MO; Lease of 2 ea ? Ton Fleet Side Pickup Trucks, 4X2 6. FOB Destination. Contractor shall deliver to 68th CSB, Bldg 1048, Ft Carson, CO 80913. 7. The provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (1/04) applies to this acquisition to include any addendums to the provision. 8. FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items (1/99) applies to this solicitation. Price and delivery time will be the only factors used for evaluation. Price being significantly more important than delivery time. 9. Offerors shall complete the provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (5/04), located at http://www.bpn.gov. 10.
