Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth, Mission Support Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS, is seeking sources with GSA contracts capable of providing the following services: provide military analytical support for the Armys Focus Area in St ability and Reconstruction Operations (AFA SRO). The Army needs to determine how the principles of Stability Operations are assessed and analyzed to remain responsive to US national interests and strategy, and to respond to the ever-changing nature of the world's political, military, economic, social, and environmental characteristics. The Armys Focus Area on Stability and Reconstruction Operations (SRO) requires contract support to determine the Armys capability to conduct SRO using a probable construc t of Policy, Doctrine, Organizations, Training, Leader Development, Material, Personnel, and Facilities (P-DOTLMPF). The contractor will be required to incorporate Phase I capabilities initiatives into Phase II analysis in order to develop, coordinate, an d game a comprehensive and synthesized action/implementation plan; develop a system that monitors the execution of the action/implementation plan in order to ensure integration and synchronization; and develop associated supporting plans, studies, briefing s, and validation processes. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this project is B599, and NAICS code is 541618. All responses will be considered. Contractor shall provide their GSA contract number, labor categories, and rates for this servi ce. Responses shall include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE Code. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at https: //www.bpn.gov/CCR.
