Description

This acquistion is for the rebuild of 2KW through 150KW Military Tactical AC Generator Sets. This will be a requirements contract with a base year and two option years. The period of performance for the base year will begin 05/01/05 - 04/30/06 fol lowed by sequential option years. The Contractor shall be resonsible for pickup and delivery. Delivery will be within 30 days of the Government notifying the Contractor that the items are ready to be picked up. Pick up and delivery wil l be at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg PA 17201. Any Contractor interested in quoting on this solicitation must be able to provide test reports and/or remanufacture process/production records on five AC Generator Assemblies of this size. The record s must indicate that the work was performed within the last two years. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Award will only be made to contractors registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR).
