- The purpose of this amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation HC1047-05-R-4020 is to answer a question submitted by a potential offeror. Question: What are the security requirements for the GCCS-J Program Control Management Support Services project? Response: Contractor personnel will require SECRET clearances for performance of the effort. ADP Sensitivity Level 2 is also required since contractor personnel will be working in Government spaces. The date and time for submission of questions and the date and time for submission of proposals is unchanged as a result of this amendment.
