- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis, per 6.302-1, a base-plus one 6 month option to Worth Ethic, Carpinteria, California, for continued executive development support for DLA senior leaders as it progresses through critical organizational changes. The Defense Logistics Agency is undertaking the most significant transformation in organization and business processes in over thirty years. Advent of the business system modernization program, right-sizing the workforce, Base Realignment and Closure reviews, and numerous other challenges in a war-time environment have left little opportunity for Agency leadership to focus on management review and assessment. Ironically, this situation is exactly the time that such efforts are needed. A neutral third-party executive development contractor has been engaged to facilitate executive development for the past two years. This procurement is to continue performance with the existing executive development contractor (Worth Ethic Corporation). Worth Ethic Corporation currently provides the following services to DLA leadership (10 total: Flag and SES level) including the DLA Director and Deputy Director: 1. Individual 360 executive leadership assessments, 2. Individual briefing sessions and Agency interviewing; 3. Agency briefing sessions; 4. Individual follow-up coaching ? executive level; and 5.
