- Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-Q-T436, YPG05042001010, NSN: 9150-01-353-4799, Hydraulic Fluid, Automatic Transmission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. Solicitation is Unrestricted, other than full and open competition. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for a quantity of 260,220 quarts. This solicitation includes a 100% quantity option. This is a critical application item. FOB: Destination with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. QAP 004 applies. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. This item is in accordance with STD NR MIL-STD-290F. REFNO DTD 00 JUL 17. AMEND NR DTD TYPE NUMBER II SHELF LIFE 36 MONTHS. IAW NR 13873. Products shall conform to and be approved by General Motors Corporation under GM Automatic Transmission Fluid Specification Dexron III Dated 93 April. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The combined synopsis/solicitation will issue on ? March 22, 2005 ? with a closing date of April 22, 2005.
