- Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-Q-T441, YPG05055000657, NSN 6810-01-527-4667, Ion Exchange Compound. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. Requirement is solicited as Unrestricted, using other than full and open competition. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5. The quantity is 616 and includes a 100% quantity option. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery is 140 days ARO. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. In accordance with P/N CTC-2554-BL, C T Chemicals Inc, Cage 0CVK4. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on ? March 22, 2005 ? with a closing date of April 22, 2005.
