- The Department of Labor (DOL) is seeking concerns having the ability to provide automated web-based training for up to a total of 15,000 DOL supervisors and employees. The training is specific to drug and alcohol awareness of the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Programs. The training program must meet all federal drug-free workplace laws, regulations and guidelines as required under Executive Order 12564 dated September 15, 1986 and the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing issued by Health and Human Services (HHS). This solicitation will be available on or after March 31, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP DOL059RP20029 will be on or about May 2, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
