- The Department of Veterans Affairs is in need of a contractor for Replace Elevator Controls on Elevators P1, P2, P3, S4, and S5 at the Durham VA Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. The project will include, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, personnel, qualified supervision, management and facilities necessary to upgrade existing passenger and service/freight elevators in accordance with specifications. Bidding material will be available on/about April 6, 2005. The official plan holders list can be printed from the web site only. All prospective offerors and plan centers are encouraged to register as plan holders on the web site. Amendments/notices, if any will be posted to the web. The web will be the only method of distributing the solicitation. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation.
