- Contractor shall provide Readjustment Counseling Services for the Veterans Center, Redwoods for the counties of Humboldt, Siskiyou, Shasta, and Del Norte for eligible Veterans. This contract will be for a base year and two one-year options to renew. The base period will be from May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-aside.
