- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for procurement of Boeing 737-700 initial pilot training including academic and flight simulator training, with training manuals, student housing, and student transportation for three pilots and three co-pilots, who are members of the Colombian Air Force. This is a Foreign Military Sale. Training must be completed by 30 Jun 05. Proposals are preferred via e-mail, but may be submitted by mail or fax. The Request for Proposal number is FA3002-05-R-0022. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 611512 and small business size standard is $18,500,000. CLIN 0001 ? Provide Initial Pilot Conversion courses, student housing, and student transportation Simulator training must be conducted in a six-axis FAA Level C (or better) flight simulator. . The provision found at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is applicable. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer (or be registered in ORCA). The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable.
