- 1. The 96th CONS, and the 46th TW/TSWI Eglin AFB, Florida anticipates soliciting, negotiating and awarding a sole source Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract that will consist of the Basic Year with Four (4) One Year Options, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain CommercialItems, to FLIR Systems/Indigo Operations, 50 Castilian Drive, Goleta CA 93117, 805-964-9797, this requirement is for ordering the following items from a pre-priced established catalog: Provide a contract to: Maintain and enhance all existing out of warranty Indigo measurement instrumentation hardware and software currently in use by the 46th Test Wing as required. Purchase COTS, scientific grade, infrared measurement instrumentation systems and accessories from a commercial product list as required. LINE ITEMS 0001 Camera Systems ?Typical system includes but not limited to Cameras, Lenses and Data Acquisition Systems. 0002 Field Support/Technical Support ? Engineering hours ? Typical support includes installation of upgraded firmware, troubleshooting procedures or operational features not implicitly spelled out in the users manual. Support may be via phone or on-site if required. 0003 Hardware/Software Enhancements ? This includes modifications and upgrades to existing camera systems, as required. 0004 Repairs ?
